Scania NGS Series LED Daytime Running Light Conversion Kit With Xenon White Amber Flasher

The Scania NGS Series LED daytime running light conversion kit is specially designed for the Scania NGS series with LED headlights. With this kit, you can easily switch between xenon white light, amber light, or an orange flasher. This product is not ECE-approved, so keep that in mind.

• Two heat sinks for original emitters
• Includes bolts, nuts, and washers for installation
• Thermal paste for optimal heat conduction

Installation instructions:

1. First, have the truck coded at a Scania garage to set the DRL to low brightness. This prevents the circuit boards from burning out.
2. Remove the original circuit board from the heat sink and mount it on the supplied heat sinks with the provided mounting materials. Don't forget to apply the thermal paste.
3. Move the connector and cable to the center of the headlight and reconnect the original set. Ensure the set is securely fastened and the LEDs do not touch anything.
4. Mount the dual-color circuit board on the original heat sink and route the cable through a cable gland on the outside of the lamp. Split the appropriate wires back into the lamp.
5. Connect the M8 connector to the controller with the following color coding:

   • White: Plus (+)
   • Black: Orange DRL
   • Brown: Flash
   • Blue: Low brightness
