Ordering
How does ordering in the webshop work?
Placing an order takes just a few simple steps:
1 – Find your product(s) and add them to your cart.
First search for the products you want to buy.
Add them to your cart by clicking the big green “Order” button. You can then continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
2 – Choose delivery or pick-up
Decide whether you want your product delivered or prefer to pick it up at our warehouse.
3 – Choose your delivery country
Based on the country you select, the available payment options will be shown and shipping costs will be calculated.
4 – Choose your payment method
Several payment options may be available depending on your country. Choose your preferred method.
5 – Redeem your discount code or loyalty points.
6 – Log in to your account
Do you already have a Truckjunkie account? Log in—checkout will be much faster.
No account yet? You can also order without an account; we’ll just need your details.
We do recommend creating an account so all your orders are in one place and your loyalty points are credited.
7 – Terms and conditions
Read the general terms and conditions carefully and, if you agree, accept them by ticking the box next to “I agree…”.
8 – Review and pay
You’ll now see an overview of your order. Does everything look correct? If so, click “BUY NOW” to proceed with payment.
That’s it! You’ll receive a confirmation email and—within a maximum of 1 business day—a status update “in progress.” If you don’t receive these, please contact us!
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Immediately after placing your order you’ll receive an order confirmation. It includes:
- Which items and quantities you ordered
- Item prices
- Any shipping costs
- Your billing/shipping details
- Your order number
- The payment method used
At the same time, you’ll also receive our general terms and conditions as a PDF attachment.
Has my order been received correctly?
Normally, within 24 hours (on business days) you will receive a status update “in progress.” This means your order was successful and we have received your payment. Your order is now being processed!
Haven’t received an “in progress” email within 48 hours (on business days)? Check your spam folder. Still nothing? Please contact us—we’re happy to help!
Can I place an order by phone or email?
Unfortunately, ordering by phone or email is not possible. You can only order via our webshop.

Are the prices shown in the webshop inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
Using a switch at the top of the page (desktop) or in the hamburger menu (mobile), you can choose to display prices including or excluding VAT.
Prices exclude any shipping costs.
In which language is the agreement concluded?
The order/contract is concluded in the language displayed on the page at the moment you click “BUY NOW.”
All further automatic communication—including the order confirmation, status updates, and shipping information—will take place in that chosen language.
Afterwards, the chosen language cannot be changed.
How do I receive the invoice for my order?
After your order (or part of it) has been shipped, you will automatically receive an invoice for the items dispatched.
It is possible that you receive several partial invoices for your order.
This only applies in case of partial shipments; the total invoiced amount will still equal the amount you paid for the order.
Is it safe to order online at Truckjunkie?
Yes!
We use a secure internet connection—the most secure type. Via an Extended Validation SSL connection, transaction data are encrypted so no one can eavesdrop and your transaction is completely safe.
You can recognize the secure connection by the padlock icon in your browser.
Payment
How can I pay for my order?
We offer several payment methods:
- PayPal (a 1.5% surcharge applies)
- iDEAL (Netherlands only)
- Bancontact (Belgium only)
- Giropay (Germany only)
- Visa / Mastercard / Maestro
- AfterPay (Netherlands and Belgium only)
- Bank transfer in advance (you arrange the payment from your bank to our account)
What if my payment didn’t go through?
If your payment was not successful, the order will not be processed. Only paid orders are processed.
Placed an order but the payment failed or you’re unsure whether it succeeded?
Please contact us and we can inform you further, or you can check whether a debit has occurred.
If a payment failed, you do not need to place a new order—we can send you a new payment link.
