LED Light Circuit Board Set Warm White For Volvo FH5 FM5 FH Aero From 2021

With this complete LED light circuit board set, you can easily change your original white daytime running lights of your Volvo FH5, FM5, and FH Aero from 2021 to a warm white color. This set is specially designed for models from 2021 and contains a total of 8 powerful LEDs per set, providing the same light output as the original lighting.

The circuit boards are made for durability and feature high power LEDs on aluminum circuit boards. The aluminum ensures better heat transfer to the heat sinks, extending the lifespan of the LEDs. The original connectors are used on all circuit boards, making installation easy.

Each set includes four circuit boards and thermal paste for installation, with two circuit boards for each side of the truck. Note: this conversion set is not e-approved.

Installation instructions:

• Tilt the cabin
• Remove the plastic covers behind the headlights
• Remove the heat sinks from the headlights
• Disconnect the connectors from the original emitters
• Remove the circuit boards from the heat sinks with a small screwdriver or knife
• Clean the surface by removing the old thermal paste or grease
• Apply the supplied thermal paste in a thin, even layer where the circuit board will be placed
• Press the new circuit board firmly onto the heat sink
• Bend the wings on the circuit board, marked with arrows, so it is securely attached to the heat sinks
• Connect the circuit boards
• Reassemble all parts
